There can be any emergency for applying to cancel the bookings made.

The policy determines the factors on which the client can cancel the bookings and must follow the eligibility criteria to get a complete refund. We offer assistance to cancel the tickets without asking for hidden fees if it is followed within 24 hours of booking. If the client wants to cancel the ticket after 24 hours of booking, the refund will depend on the hotel's refund policies.

We comprehend that there can be an emergency or any change in the plans because of some reasons making you cancel the bookings and want a refund for the amount paid. There's no need to feel any pressure or think twice before applying for a refund. We are always there to process your refund requests. However, sometimes it might be impossible to acknowledge the refund even if we want to do the same. Cancellation Policy

  • flightcentro offers a 24-hour cancellation policy for most reservations. If you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. For reservations canceled after 24 hours, a refund minus a cancellation fee will be provided for unused nights.
  • When canceling a reservation, contact our Customer Service by phone or email. You must provide your reservation details, such as the name on the reservation and the booking number. You will receive a full refund minus any cancellation fees if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours.
  • If you need to change or modify your reservation, you can contact us anytime. Our professionals will provide more information about the change or modification process.

Refund

  • We have designed the refund policy client friendly for making the booking cancellation on our website. The refunds are related to the hotel policies, and we do not support any refund from our side.
  • The cancellations followed within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a refund.
  • We will refund the amount to the same account from where the payment was made when making the bookings. There's no other mode for transferring the amount to your account. You will get the refund through the same payment mode.
  • It may take more than 10-15 days to make the refund to the original form of payment.
  • Bank will take additional days to reflect the amount to your account.

If you request a refund, it will be credited back to the original payment method you used to make your booking. The refund will be issued by the party responsible for your initial payment. It's important to note that we don't have visibility into the refund process of Hotel Providers. Please be aware that our fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified during the booking process.

In certain circumstances, such as when there are issues with property availability or in case of unexpected events like a hurricane, it is possible for a booking to be canceled or modified by the Hotel or us. Should this occur, we will make every effort to inform you promptly and provide alternative options or assistance when feasible or arrange for a refund.
